I had a text from EE last Wednesday 3rd February telling me my phone was on its way back to the store in Hereford after being repaired and they would let me know when it was ready to be picked up. That was a week ago and I have heard nothing. I live 15 miles away from the store so just can't pop in. I have tried ringing them but just get an answer machine and have left a message asking them to contact me. The replacement phone they gave me is so basic and antique and you can barely hear anyone when you ring them so would love my phone back asap. I am paying a lot of money each month for a phone I haven't even got. Not a very happy customer.
