I honestly would advise you not to use this retailer, but if you choose to heaven forbid anything goes wrong as their customer service is disgraceful. A bridal shop owner and their staff should be fully committed to ensure that everything is done to ensure your dress is perfect and stress free from day 1 and throughout your big day. Sadly this was not the case which led to a stressful few days prior to my wedding and led to my mother having to undertake alterations on the day to ensure the dress fit. I am not materialistic and never placed to much emphasis on my dress but sadly it did taint my wedding and is visible on my wedding photographs. No appropriate response or solution from the owner has been forthcoming.
