Such a good independent Italian restaurant and the only one in Hereford. The ice cream is the best we’ve ever tasted and I love how the dishes aren’t normal Italian food like you see in other places. It’s clear lots of thought goes in to the menu and that the chef loves to cook. The owner is really nice, chatty without being intrusive and he knows all about the food and wine too.
